Château La Mondotte Mondotte, La 2011

The nose is fresh, discreetly tight and offers depth as well as a certain fullness. It reveals notes of blackberry, bright blueberry and slightly more ripe raspberry, small juicy fruits associated with touches of fresh truffle, grey pepper as well as a subtle hint of almond and graphite.

The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, juiciness, freshness, power in freshness, a tangy frame, tension, precision, a nice fresh / bright fruit (and quite ripe at the same time) as well as a nice racy and fresh texture.
