Mestres Mas Via Aurea 2000

Mestres is one of the oldest producers of Cava focussing on traditional native grape varieties and the winemaking techniques favoured by their ancestors. 

This is an extraordinarily complex and expressive sparkling wine with incredible notes of baked bread, spice-roasted apples, citrus peel, fenugreek seed and smoked nuts. Voluminous yet sleek, it rides the perfect line between richness, subtly oxidative notes and tensile freshness.
