MEO-CAMUZET VOSNE-ROMANEE 2018

The vines grow particularly well on this deep, east-facing clay soil and the winegrowers have to have a knack with pruning to ensure the quality is right. Overall, Les Chaumes is one of the larger climats in the Côte des Nuits with around six and a half hectares. 

Very open aromas with black berries, sandalwood and cinnamon, as well as some lavender and green peppers. Gentle on the palate with a seductively structured, medium body with depth and temperament in the finish. Exceptional wine, also for the impatient, because it should already reach its first maturity at a very young age.
