The grapes are harvested in two batches, the first for freshness, and the second for more ripeness. 30% of the garnacha grapes are aged for 6 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters, 'sur lies' and the rest in stainless steel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThis white priorat has a bouquet of spices, flowers and ripe stone fruit (peach) lined by French oak.
