Manoir de Mercey -En Rosey

Berger Rive´s field in Rully with the name En Rosy is located on a south/east slope, Rully is the area in Burgundy where great wines are created, The fields have very stony and calcareous soil, with stones deep in the ground providing minerals for the vines. The field here has also achieved "Haute Valeur Environnementale", which means it is grown organically.

 The wine is hand-picked and slowly fermented for about 1 month in temperature-controlled steel tanks and stirred often, then it matures in oak barrels where 25% are brand new each year. Here you get experiences of dark red wine with many subtleties, forest fruit, berries and a long taste in the mouth. can be stored for up to 10 years.
