Caravaglio Malvasia delle Lipari Passito 2020

The Malvasia delle Lipari passito is a timeless classic, which the Caravaglio winery has been able to interpret in order to preserve the tradition as regards, for example, the drying technique, carried out on cannizzi stretched out in the sun, but also wanted to innovate, aiming to preserve the fresher scents rather than the caramelized ones of the precious historical elixir. 

The result is a sweet but not cloying wine, suitable to close the meal but also to open it, served cold.
