light-body, produced with minimal intervention, no filtering or fining. Wine obtained from vine varieties over 40 years old, from spontaneous fermentation and vinification. Bright cherry colour, a bit cloudy. Aromas are subtle musky, herbal and graphite. On the palate it opens vibrant and fresh, a vibrant palate full of fruit and delicious cherry.

Simple finger food: tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich, marguerita pizza, marinara meatballs.
