Lyeth Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma County 2015

The Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from vineyards in the Dry Creek Valley, blending in a small amount of Merlot and Malbec to produce a harmonious wine with balanced complexity. The nose opens with aromas of soft forest floor and blooms into cherry, blackberry and violet with notes of licorice and black pepper.

The palate is spreading and finely textured with flavors of dusty cocoa, black cherry and hints of graphite and black pepper. This wine would be ideal for any BBQ and hearty pasta dishes.
