It delivers great fruit concentration and has a high ageing potential. A minimum of 13% alcohol is required for the DAC Reserve category and will not be released before April of the year following the harvest.  This wine is sourced from 100% estate owned vineyards. In September, the Grüner Veltliner grapes were selectively harvested. The grapes then went through maceration on the must for some hours, pressed and fermented spontaneously in big wooden barrels.
