Leonard Kreusch Riesling Auslese Piesporter Michelsberg 2015

Produced from the vineyards in, and around, the small Mosel village of Piesport. This wine is pleasingly fruity with hints of apple and pear and a touch of citrus on the finish. It goes well with lighter fare or on its own as an aperitif. From their roots as a small Weingut on the Mosel to a leading exporter, the winery offer a complete range of German wines - from classic vineyard-designated Qualitats- and Pradikatswein in traditional packaging to varietal wines in both upscale and upbeat packaging from the Mosel and Rhine regions.

Mosel Pradikatswein – Auslese - produced from Riesling grapes grown in, and around, the middle Mosel village of Piesport. Our Michelsberg Riesling Auslese offers rich pear and sweet melon flavors with a touch of citrus and mineral on the finish. Excellent served with spicy Asian fare or try with smoked pork or honey-baked ham.
