This Sancerre has a bit more "heft" than your typical sav blanc. On the nose aromas of tropical fruit, lemon tree fragrance and crisp apple.
On the palette, perhaps too fruit forward for Sancerre; however I found this to be a great Thanksgiving wine as it offers a nice balance of fruitiness, acidity and minerality that pairs nicely with a variety of turkey day dishes. This wine produces a lingering and satisfying finish.
