Delicious and polished with white floral and gooseberry aromatics, and for an island wine, surprising fullness on the palate with notes of nectarine, orange, herbs and a salty, mineral-laden finish.

Crisp acidity, great intensity of flavor, bone dry with a refreshing salinity and great mineral and wet stone flavors. Finish was long and lively.
