Aromas of crushed black olive, sunbaked soil and wild strawberry follow over to the palate along with raspberry and a hint of fennel.

Made with the ancestral method in which the second fermentation occurs in the bottle and the wine stays on its lees, it's savory and boasts earthy charm. It will appeal to many but might be a bit too funky for others.
