Lalena di Colle Florido is a fresh and characterful wine produced with only red grapes. The hand-picked grapes are brought to a small steel tank where the spontaneous fermentation takes place with only indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. Refine in steel where it rests until the following spring. Without added sulphites.
The name is a tribute to the daughter Lena.
