The un-oaked dry white is crisp and elegant with pear-like fruitiness and a hint of melon on the finish.

A bright, clear, light straw color with green hues running through the glass. A delicate bouquet of lemon and tropical fruit balanced by wonderful penetrating acidity on the palate. Delicious citrusy lemon flavors abound throughout and the finish is extremely long, very stylish, and delivers a dash of lemon and just a hint of melon at the very end. A superb accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes of all types. Great with sushi! Best served chilled.
