A stunning nose of sugared pineapple is surrounded by bright agave freshness and lime zest. The satin-coated liquid warms the palate. Lilac-scented lime and a wash of tangerine peel converge for a tart starkness. Mineral driven and dry, the spirit's gravitas is also palpable in its seamless finish.

Komos is modern revelry, defined. Combining the highest artistry in tequila-making with innovation inspired by the Mediterranean. The first step in Komos is to craft a special Blanco by roasting agave in traditional stone ovens in Tequila, Mexico. The juice is then twice distilled in copper pot stills. Our blanco is then aged in French oak white wine barrels, not in bourbon barrels like other Añejos. This is where the Mediterranean influence begins. Our already unique Añejo is then dripped through a charcoal column to remove impurities, creating a perfectly smooth, delicious Añejo Cristalino. We then place our Cristalino in Greek amphorae that have been imported to Mexico. While it rests, it is gently tumbled for 24 hours to take on oxygen, making the liquid smoother, rounder, and adding the slightest impression of sweetness. This is Komos.
