Knebel Riesing Trocken Mosel 2017

A dry Riesling, grown on barren slate rock, which conveys the very own typicality of the Winningen terroir in an unadulterated way.

The nose is earthy and spicy with the delicate fruit of mirabelles and the beguiling scent of light herbs. Light-footed and drinkable on the palate despite all the substance. Very clear impression in the mouth.

Fresh, lemony acidity and some fruit reminiscent of yellow stone fruit. Fine mineral nuances and a spicy, tartly elegant finish with a lightly salted aftertaste.
