Hand harvest, using a pneumatic pressing and settling/ clearing out in stainless steel with controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels of 228 l (33% new barrel, 33% one year barrel and 33% two-years barrel) and evolution/ageing on lees for 5-6 months. Then, wine clarification and filtration in stainless steel tanks and bottling.

Rich and creamy, with full body and crisp acidity. Aromas of quince, citron, peach, lemon, honey, smoke, toast, and hazelnut fill-up the mouth in every sip.
