Clos Guirouilh Jurançon Vendanges Tardives 2014

Clos Guirouilh’s Vendanges Tardives is made from a blend of 70% Petit Manseng and 30% Gros Manseng grown in clay-calcareous soils that feature some marl intrusions and small sandstone rocks. The vines are between 25 and 60 years old. The grapes were manually harvested between November 10 and mid-December.

Only the most withered grapes were selected to ensure the requisite minimum richness of 16.5% potential alcohol to be labeled as Vendanges Tardives.
