A pure, elegant version, showing rose, cherry, raspberry and currant flavors, accented by spice and mineral hints. Delicate and lacy, with a firm backbone and a long, detailed finish.
Smoke, black currant, little bit of oak on the aroma. Black currant, raspberry on the palate. Not very well balanced or did not have enough oxidation. Medium spicy and leathery finish.
