The grapes used in this wine come from the vines from Almachar that grow on the north-facing mountainous slopes. After manual harvesting, at the end of June or the beginning of August, the grapes are brought to the selection table before pressing. Since they are extremely sensitive to climate changes, we were not able to make this wine in 2005.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe 2015 Botani Muscat also comes from these incredibly steep old-mountain vineyards and is flowery, fresh and off-dry with an intoxicating floral set of aromatics and almost exotic tropical fruit. It is a beauty and best drunk as an aperitif.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBrilliant straw. Intense, highly perfumed aromas of ripe melon and nectarine, given lift and spiciness by a hint of candied ginger. Silky and seamless on the palate, offering concentrated honeydew and peach nectar flavors and a snap of tangy acidity that brightens the back half. Finishes on a gently sweet note, showing excellent clarity, spicy mineral bite and fruity persistence.
