The Gevrey-Chambertin "Symphonie" has a delightful red cherry and bergamot bouquet that unfolds seductively in the glass.
The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and a fine bead of acidity. Very harmonious on the finish, which feels caressing. This comes highly recommended.
This is dense purple in colour, with a heady, succulent, rich raspberry nose - very seductive. This fills the mouth, with no obstructive tannins, a little oak in perfect proportion and well balanced acidity.
