Organic Côtes du Rhône, nicely balanced, vibrant and elegant, minimal intervention, raised in concrete. Majority of Grenache with some Carignan, Counoise, Syrah and a little Mourvedre.
Red fruit and black pepper on the nose. Palate of raspberry, strawberry, red cherry, cinnamon. Savoury, earthy and mineral notes. Medium tannins, medium acidity.
