Located in the famous village of Pommard, Jean-Marc Boillot is one of the leading producers in Burgundy. This is a superb entry level red burg that punches well above its price point.
Boillot's Bourgogne Blanc bursts with pretty aromas of peaches, citrus blossom and beeswax. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, broad and fleshy, with a generous core of fruit balanced by bright acids, concluding with a nicely precise finish. This is a charming and very well made Bourgogne Blanc that makes for a great introduction to the house style.
