Les Vignerons Parisiens HoMa 2017

Nose: Complex nose of black fruits (blackcurrant blueberry), citrus fruits (grapefruit), flowers (violet), accompanied by a roasted and grilled note.

Palate: Very nice structure that combines power and finesse. The attack is silky then the freshness brings a nice finesse. The mouth is very aromatic. The still crunchy tannins give this wine a good aging potential, but it is now expressed with a nice dense and fresh structure.

The grilled and roasted aromas bring a nice length to the finish.
