Our Hillersden Fumé Blanc exhibits alluring notes of ripe nectarine, lemon zest and citrus blossom, all underlined by complex toasted cashew aromas from the barrel fermentation.

The palate is vibrant in its' youth, with juicy natural acidity, flavours of lemongrass and ruby grapefruit and just a hint of caramel on the finish. These flavours will mellow over time and provide a wonderfully complex drinking experience for years to come.
