Light to medium body, dry, pepper, ripe pears and gooseberry, citrus and stony finish. Green pear on the nose has a hint of zestiness. The palate is light but mellow, features more of that fresh pear fruit and is dry and fresh. There is a juicy core and a clean finish. 

Medium-bodied, dry. Lemon on the nose precedes a palate of pepper, ripe pears, and gooseberry. The finish is citrussy and stony with just enough sugar-fruit balanced with bright acids.

Pair with fried food, Asian cuisine, young cheese with fruit, and German sausages with kraut and potatoes.
