Hand Work is certified organic as well as vegan, with no sulfur added in the winemaking process. Hand-harvested fruit is fermented with indigenous yeast, sees no new oak influence, and is bottled without fining.
As a result, the tempranillo character really shines through, and this wine is juicy, ripe and thirst-quenching, with fresh acidity and some gentle tannin. It’s both interesting and fun, making it a perfect everyday wine - and in a liter bottle, an excellent value as well. Certified organic, vegan.
