It is finely balanced and spicy, each sip arousing an anticipation of summer.A good to very good wine, with a still sharp acidity and fruity notes. Has a pale yellow color. M+ aroma and flavours of green apple, citrus, lime, lemon zest, light apricot and light salt. Dry, m- body, high acidity, m+ alcohol. Long citric finish.
