Gran Palas Cava Semi Seco Reserva

Gran Palas is a tribute to the decade in which we started making cava. Winemakers since 1920, we have created this collection in honor of our beginnings. It is made with grapes of the three native varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, harvested by hand in the Penedès area.

The aging on lees for at least 9 months allows us to create a range of balanced, fresh and fruity cavas with a lot of versatility, good structure and well-integrated carbonic.
