The Vouvrays from François Pinon are impressive and have an incredible amount of soul to them. This Vouvray is still in style, unctuous on the palate and heavy with aromas of honeycomb and honeysuckle.

Structure from acidity and minerals complement the fruit. Not a dry Vouvray, but rather slightly off-dry, so delicately balanced with acidity that you'll find it works well at the table with a myriad of dishes, be it scallops, pulled-pork or monkfish.
