Francois Carillon Puligny-Montrachet Les Perrieres 2017

This Carillon Puligny-Montrachet Les Perrieres 2017 by Francois Carillon  is produced from Chardonnay grapes in the municipality of Puligny-Montrachet which is divided into 4 Lieux dits: Au Chaniot, En La Richarde, Ez Folatieres, Peux Bois. Not all the parcel is classified Premier Cru but small plots are of Village level. Average height (280m) and exposure (south, south-east) are from high level parcel.  After pressing, the liquid ages for 12 months in barrique followed by aging for 6 months in stainless steel before bottling with light filtration.
