Tasting Notes

Bright golden yellow in color, the Five Rivers Restaurant Select Chardonnay exhibits crisp fruit-forward flavors of green apple, followed by hints of vanilla and oak. Medium-bodied on the palate, the oak influence is balanced by lush fruit flavors and a clean acidity.

Wine maker notes

The grapes are harvested during the months of September and October. A small portion of the wine is fermented in oak barrels (approximately 15%), while the rest is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
