Firriato Soria Frappato 2018 750-12 2018

A bright ruby red color. The scent is characterized by fresh and vinous notes, often mineral, followed by fruity hints of morello cherry and black cherries, on a background of blueberries and other small red fruits.

The taste is characterized by a dominance of savory and saline sensations, the soft tannin is not very marked. Excellent persistence with flavors that focus on blueberry and raspberry notes.

Perfect with light meat-based preparations or even with structured fish, couscous with vegetables, veal and pork.
