Strawberry fruit roll-up and watermelon rind flavors. This wine paired beautifully with a grilled chicken, quinoa, tomato and green pea salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing.

Nose is rusty stewed plum, sea salt, volcanic soil, burnt raisin, beets with balsamic. Strong tannins and astringency with fresh acidity. Flavours of black fruit, currants, black pepper. Lingering dark soil finish. 

Nose of medium intensity with hints of blueberry, plum, green pepper, sweet spices, cloves, oak, vanilla, black pepper, coffee, ink. Dry taste of medium intensity with very good balance, quite high acidity, silky medium tannins, medium+ body, ashberry, plum, sour cherry, green pepper, mineral nuances on the palate, medium complexity, medium length. Very drinkable and gastronomic, well-balanced and very accurate, rather elegant
