Unu 2016 Red is vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks for 24 months. This cuvée comes from two plots of sciaccarellu, one of 15 years old and one of 20 years old. Unu means "first" in Corsica and this name was given to him because it is his first red wine.
The Domaine de Vaccelli was created in 1962 by Roger Courrèges in the municipality of Cognocoli-Monticchi in the Taravo Valley, on granite hillsides in southern Corsica.
