Clear and light burgandy in colour High intensity nose with nice aromas of red cherry, rasberry, pepper and cloves. Dry, medium body, high acid with 13% abv and mild tannin astringency. The palate is my type of PN. Imagine Blue Mountain Reserve PN from the Okanagan and it's pretty close. All the nose flavours plus a hint of mushroom and very little funkiness.
Dry, medium+ acidity, medium- tannin, medium body, medium alcohol Characteristics: Tart cherry, raspberry, leather, earthy, mushroom, turned leaves, herbal notes, clove.
