Domaine Papillon Macon Peronne Cuvee Papillon 2016

Lovely little burgundy, fruitier than what I had initially expected. A bit on the summer fruit flavours and a great match to a flambée prawn salad with avocado, grapefruit and cabbage with a parsley, chives, lime and chilly dressing.

This delicious white Burgundy from a single vineyard offers a fine balance between the richness of the material and the aromatic freshness. It's pleasant, refreshing and mineral, a real Macon for a great price. It is best enjoyed with white fish, oysters, and fresh goat cheese.
