Domaine Michelot Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir 2018 (750ml/12) 2018

There's 70% whole-bunch and 30% new wood. Certainly a superior Bourgogne, the black fruit notes are very pretty and there is good concentration, with just enough lift on the finish. 

A delicious Bourgogne Rouge rested in the barrel - no new oak - for two years in order to keep the focus on the fruit. At the table, works well with a seared tuna steak.
