Since the 2013 vintage, we also offer a 2nd cuvée called HENRI.
This is a selection of our oldest vines located on the hillside. The name of this cuvée refers to my grandfather who would have been 100 years old in 2013.
Unlike the Patou cuvée, the vinification is made from whole bunches. The extracted free run wine is passed directly into oak barrels of one or two wines.
The aging lasts 22 months.
