On the nose, this offers salty seashells dipped in juice made of locally grown apricot and peach. On the palate, the flavours are as per the nose.

The wine has a floral perfume and a fresh acidity despite spending 6-7 months on lees. There is an underlying note of bread and toast overlaid with lemon meringue.
