Domaine de la Pépière VDP Val de Loire Côt "La Pépiè" 2021

The color is very dark purple, almost opaque. The nose is expressive, on the cauldron of blackberry jam to which a little pepper would have been added. 

The palate is round, ample, starting with a supple, fresh and fruity substance, then becoming more concentrated, with slightly prominent tannins. 

The finish reveals an assertive chewiness, but so fruity and greedy that balance and pleasure are at the rendezvous.
