Raspberry is a particularly delicate and subtle fruit as evidenced by the flavors and taste qualities of this cream. Its flavors are fragrant, sweet and tart. It can be consumed nature, as an aperitif or digestive with an ice cube. Married with a white wine, or added to 50% of Raspberry Jacoulot brandy. 

This raspberry cream also goes well with a cocktail of 1.5cl of raspberry Jacoulot, 1.5cl of blackcurrant Jacoulot complete with a white wine or a creme. Side cooking raspberry tiramisu and cake chocolate raspberry will delight the most gourmand of us.
