The 2018 Côtes du Jura Savagnier is 100% Savagnin aged exclusively in stainless steel to preserve the varietal character and present a floral and fresh white.
It is very pleasant and has a dry palate that shows some minerality and is tasty and long, with good acidity for a year that was very warm and delivered ripe grapes.
