Cochon Volant Corbieres 2016

Caraguilhes represents a dream land for any winemaker. The diversity of grape varieties and climatic conditions offer us a palette of extremely rich aromas, colors and flavors that allow us to create unique blends that express the complexity and characteristics of our different soils. This wine respects the standards of organic farming. 

These organic wines do not use pesticides, herbicides or other chemical fertilizers. The vineyard uses only environmentally friendly methods and products to grow our grapes, whether for the control of diseases or the control of unwanted plants.

Nets purple reflections, purple rims, characteristics of a beautiful youth
Nose
Open nose emphasized by fresh red fruit notes. Strawberry and raspberry predominate.
Stuffy
Frank attack with a very good behavior in the mouth. We find the freshness of the vintage and our terroir on the palate that strengthens the balance, with notes of fresh fruits more obvious
