Clos d' Agon Blanco 2008

Intense yellow color with very golden tones.
On the nose it is very concentrated and intense, presenting a more floral part and
spicy: fennel, acacia flower, incense, ripe banana, dried apricots, which is very
complex and changing.
On the palate it has a powerful attack that fills your mouth with very good acidity, which
together with the large volume it has and a spicy part, they form a very balanced and persistent. With a subtly bitter and at the same time sweet finish with anise memories.
A great example of good evolution in the bottle, ideal to enjoy with a good
fish or meat, which thanks to its power, acidity and concentration, will continue
surprising us over the years.
