CICONIA CICONIA RESERVA 2016

Dark garnet with black fruit, raspberry jam and earthy notes. Delicious dark fruit, licorice and smooth tannins. Will have with braised beef. Earthy, leathery on the nose. Medium tannins, low acidity. Dark fruit, clove, slight raisin on the taste. Nice finish. Dark berry and melon notes with an earthy tone, there is some acid taste and smooth tongue feel.
Aging in wood has given this rich blend of Aragonez, Syrah and Touriga Nacional both depth and concentration. Its black-fruit flavors offer a powerful character to a wine that has a firm structure to balance the ripe fruitiness.
