Chidaine Tres P Tinto 2016

This wine is intensely aromatic, exotic you could say, exploding with black fruits and sweet floral aromas. Vinified completely in tank, there is plenty of richness - tempered by just enough acidity - in the Tempranillo and Monastrell grapes, to make this wine sing.

Finishing tannins are assertive, but nothing that the right food pairing couldn't deal with handily; five spice braised short ribs with some mashed potatoes and/or rutabaga would be a good bet.
