Chateau Saint-Corbian Saint-Estephe Cuvee Tradition 2018

A luscious cuvée. Beautiful bouquet. I cannot begin to list everything in the nose: anise, vanilla, cloves, violets, blackberry... hints of leather, something herbal. Every inhalation provides a different sensation. As well as every sip , all balanced and wonderful.

Smoke, blueberries, blackberries in the first hour. Aged leather, cigar tobacco after decanting for a couple hours. Peppery w/ medium + acid. Grippy tannins lead to a long leathery finish. Paired with brie and chocolate.
