Chateau Roubine Rose 2016

This dark coral colored wine opens with a strawberry and tangerine bouquet with a hint of Maraschino cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth for a Rose. No edges at all.

The flavor profile is mineral influenced mild strawberry with hints of tangerine, red cherry and banana at the end. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. This wine is versatile and would pair well with shrimp cocktail. 

A blend of six grapes including Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre, this is rich and dense, with a taut texture and red-currant flavors.Acidity gives the wine a refreshing aftertaste.
